I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing these side effects. On high doses of Seroquel, I noticed dry mouth was really bad. My nose became stuffy at night where it interfered with my breathing, which was a weird side effect. I also notice I get dry eye, but I now use Clear Eye drops, which help.
After lowering Seroquel, the side effects are not nearly as bad, but my pdoc had to add on another medication. I hope your med visit goes well and that your pdoc comes up with a plan that works out much better for you.
