Today I am grateful for:
- I joined a walk to run group at my local gym. I am so happy to be moving my body and exercising. I never thought of myself as a runner. I'm excited.
- Grocery shopping always cheers me up. I bought some really good food including salmon, oranges, and mozzarella cheese.
- Recognizing how far I've come. I've changed for the better and I'm not looking back.
