Maymie I am sorry you have to deal with all of this . And I am proud of you for trying to take control of your life and do what is best for you!! One thing comes to mind on this as a suggestion. If you know her schedule ( when you know she will be home and you will be home at the same time) just get the paperwork and sit down with her randomly and say we need to work on this. It wont give her a chance to say I cant because I dont have time. And it might help her to have you there to help her with it too. I hope this helps. Sometimes it helps the person who has to do the writing to have someone there to be of support.
