I've still been just trying to maintain small lifestyle changes over time, and I'm seeing the scale nudge down some more. Today I put on this dress that I bought back in like September that I bought online, and when it came in, I couldn't zip it up. But today it zipped up like there was no problem. That was very exciting and validating. I do see the number on the scale changing but it kind of made it real that something that distinctly didn't fit before now fits. Definitely good motivation to keep going and stay on track!
