It's been a week since I have been in. In that time it has gone up and down. Some good days with family and some days where I was so exhausted that I wasn't able to do anything!
I need structure and proper meals (may be I lack important vitamins).
Plan for tomorrow (Thursday)
- Up 07:30
- Swish and swipe in the bathroom
- Take meds and more ...
- 08:00 - 09:00 Breakfast
- Hygiene
- Write a list for the grocery shop
- Make food for my little trip outside
- Walk for around 20 minutes x 2 + 2 minutes with a break in between.
- Grocery
- Lunch and rest
After the rest decide what is the most important to do for the rest of the day (among others text GP, bank, a proper meal plan - EAT at FIXED times ...)
