Offering this other set of goggles: of COURSE you are anxious and it is totally natural to not want to go "out" right now... Can you possibly step outside for even just one minute? 10 seconds? And then consider that a giant victory?
One of the things I say about FEAR is it is a reminder to:
Face
Everything
And
Roar.
You are already victorious...because you are sharing about this. Acceptance and Awareness.
**will be thinking about you Friday.**

Thank you so much!!!!
I did go out!!! I went for a 15 minutes walk and felt so good
Then I was out in my deck for about two hours reading a good book.
Now that is almost 11 pm I find myself in a very good place. I am just so happy to be alive!
I am not scared but I am practical this can be another cancer and if it is I will give it the fight of my life. The pain in my breast is a constant reminder that the problem is right there in front of me. The best approach is to remain calm, keep it busy to make the waiting for the results easier. Then when the anxiety rise face it and breath. Just breath in and out as you told me so FL
You are an amazing friend FL
