If you click on "Go Advanced" to make a regular reply, can you reply via that method?

The box at the bottom of a thread is the quick-reply box, while the "Go Advanced" is the full reply box.

Also, is it a problem with all the templates (e.g., can you please try using a different template)? If it seems to affect only a single template, which one are you have a problem with??
