hi. stopping the psych drugs is often tempting. id personally speak to an md/do about supervising a slow, steady taper, if this is something that's important to you. there are some practitioners out there who help get people off at least some of their psych drugs...i think its now called 'de-prescribing,' something like that, anyway.

please remember that the brain adapts to ongoing treatment, so stopping suddenly can often result in a definite withdrawal/discontinuation syndrome, plus the possible re-emergence of problems/symptoms that were controlled by treatment. just...please be careful, please be cautious.
