I really wish there was a separate forum for these types of things. I find it difficult to really give any support in these cases, unless a doctor is helping with the reductions or there is a real medical reason for medication discontinuance (health reasons, like heart problems, or attempts to get pregnant). Sorry! I'll just ignore these posts from now on.

All that goes through my head in these cases is how I damaged my mental health even more severely from similar cold turkey medication discontinuance and how my nephew's resulted in his suicide.
