I am so sorry you and your sister were abused. It was not your fault and you did not deserve it. Rather than being raised by two parents, you were tormented by the pathology of multiple sexual predators. Have you or your sister been able to speak with a kind and experienced therapist? I would recommend checking the therapist's history and seek someone who specializes in helping folks heal from childhood sexual abuse.

And yes, Pfrog is right to point out these were multiple crimes against you and your sister by many adults and not just your parents.
