I'm just finishing up the most stressful and anxiety ridden week I can remember lately. I've been one big ball of tension and worry this week and nothing is calming me down.
And on top of the worry, just really crappy things happened this week. Is it the anxiety and worrying that attracts the negativity or do those things create the anxiety?? Guess that's the age-old question - like was it the chicken or the egg that came first...
Weird thing is that a lot of my co-workers said the same thing this week. One commented that there is a full moon and that's why they thought things were messed up.
So what do you think? Has it been an overly anxious and stressful week for others? If so, do you think it's routine or a result of the moon or something else? Part of me wants to believe the moon theory because that means it will be over soon.
Isn't it odd how much anxiety our minds can create? Feels kind of like throwing fuel on a fire at times...
