Is it that you can't take any beta blockers whatsoever? That was going to be my first suggestion.

If you use any caffeine, cutting that out might help. Other than that, all I can think of is trying to treat the problems it causes rather than the shaking itself. My hands are steadier now because of beta blockers, but early in my training/work I had to learn a lot of tricks to compensate for my shaky hands when doing precision work. I wasn't quite as fast as people with steady hands, but I learned to make it work for most things.
