I haven't had mine for a while on the Pill either, but am also on an antipsychotic. It couldn't be menopause (I don't know your age but it can be about the same time your mum stopped)? I am a lot younger than my mum was when she stopped but I think with life stressors and the meds I might have stopped early or it could be the antipsychotics.
