He needs to be slowly prepared that some things could be a bit flexible. “Dad will call you in the morning”. Telling him dad must call at 8am is setting him for failure because dad might have to go to the bathroom at 8am. Wedding ceremonies and receptions could be delayed. Exact time is not realistic
