I'm a rather loquacious type person, in general. I start threads and respond to others a lot, too. In the bipolar forum, there is a daily "check in" . Lots of us there check in every day. I enjoy research, so often share interesting stuff I've learned or ask others to share on things so I know more about others' experiences.
