Reddit is down. Now what do I do?



I'm just going to tell my psychiatrist to lower the injection to help with depression. Because that's what I really want in the end. To be interested in things like gaming, watching shows, making more effort to talk when I talk to people, get out of bed. She'll probably want to prescribe a different SSRI but I need something that won't give me more panic attacks.

I've lost interest in everything. I do nothing. I'm a vegetable basically.. I've said this over and over and blamed it on things like adhd, chronic fatigue syndrome, negative symptoms. But maybe it is depression.
