I think I'd probably pick smell.

granted,, I love perfume (and if I lost my sense of smell I wouldn't know what I'm spraying on myself), but their are also so many gross smells in the world and it would be nice to go somewhere without having to put up with the unpleasant smels of a drain or fumes, or something like that

I'd pick site between hearing and site, a life without music is a life not worth living
