That is the healthy way to lose weight: slowly. Slow is sustainable.

Try not to think of it as a diet. Diets are things people go off of, and then they go back to their old ways and gain all the weight back, and often some more on top of it. Think of it as a lifestyle change, one of self-care and self-love. You're worth it!
