My posting can be pretty erratic. I've been away for months at a time. Even when I'm here, my anxiety and avoidant personality kicks in sometimes and I go partially or completely quiet. I'm more consistent lately with less stressful daily update posts that don't hit my issues so much.

With regard to the poll options. I mostly reply to existing threads, but I have started a bunch of my own over time.
