I have severe back, foot pain and restless leg syndrome(rls) too. I purchased the oil tincture separately. I had 3:1 THC CBD around 3 pm and by 4pmI was on and off on buzz-land .lasting all night slowly waning away. It is very useful for pain management, anxiety and insomnia. It did not throw me into a manic phase because I was already there but it helped easing the symptoms. I am not planning to use the THC often, but there was a 2 for one deal. The cbd oil is very useful at all times.
