Always the new kid growing up and eating lunch as the new kid has made lunch time in a crowded cafeteria in the workplace nerve wracking, it’s like I’m the shy, new, nervous kid again. Eating alone at work during a busy lunch time can cause anxiety sometimes. Like to get away from my desk, but eating alone isn’t always fun. Eating around people I don’t know, is scary.
