@Angelique67 I have a Fit Bit charge 3. My Dad bought it for me. It cost around $150 so it's the mid-line Fit Bit. It's a watch, it tracks steps, heart rate, number of stair climbs, weight lost, distance, calories, water intake, sleep, menstrual cycle, active hours, active minutes and then the app does a lot of stuff like tell you if your walk was cardio or fat burning, heart rate on the walk and a bunch of other stuff.
