Nammu, I sometimes also have asked my son to do it when he is home visiting. I just leave it at the top of the stairs. There is a light weight version that I might switch to when this batch is done. I also bruised my leg getting this off the shelf in walmart because it fell faster than I was expecting when I lifted it off. So I have a bruise and a badly pulled muscle just to bring some kitty litter home. Another answer is to just buy smaller containers.

Yeah, Christina, the morning after the injury was the worst pain and unfortunately ibuprofen didn't seem to help that day. Yesterday I took another one and had a hot shower and was able to drive and get out to do a few things. it is slightly better each day, so it's definitely healing. I read these kinds of injuries are weeks to months to heal depending on how severe it is.

I'm actually in similar pain. Going down stairs and sitting down are the worst right now. I started a new workout program that is kicking my butt and I am sore all over. I'm on day 4 and it is getting a little better though. I am not giving up and just need to push through while my body adjusts.

I'm sorry you are sore all over, fern. It's part of getting back in shape. Just take it easy and don't injure yourself. My pain is very localized to the hip and lower back.
Today is a little better than yesterday and yesterday was a little better than the day before and I can see a difference from the first morning I woke up with this injury (that was the day after I did the step thing) and today. It is hurting less to walk and the pain on getting up from seating is down a notch or two, so it takes less mental effort to try to get up.
