You can find lots of great grounding techniques online. Many of them center around mindfulness and using your senses. An easy one to try involves simply taking your shoes off and standing barefoot on the ground outside. Let your feet feel the earth and pay attention to your breath while you do it. Cool showers are also helpful.

I had a terrible headache where my spine and neck meet for days before my last episode. I then had a very dissociative dream like experience that turned into full on psychosis with out of body experiences. It went from a dream to a nightmare quickly.
