If you can't divorce from him I'd suggest to at least try to buld a life for YOURSELF! It is not fair of him to keep you at home and making you feel so alone! It wouldn't be right even if he treated you well and he's not doing that either! DEFINITELY try to make as many friends as you possibly can and to get out of your house much as you possibly CAN if you want to! You'll feel MUCH, MUCH BETTER THAT WAY! THAT'S A PROMISE!
