I felt like I was going to die from my anxiety. This went on for about 1.5 hours. I was at work so I couldn’t do anything about it. I don’t show my anxiety so no one knew I was dealing with it. When I left work I felt a lot better. So I guess it was work related even though it didn’t really feel like it was.
