Went well with the doctor. Not much to report. Same old same old. I’m better than I’ve been lately. Haven’t had any breakthrough symptoms really. Except yesterday I felt pretty disconnected from everything but managed to ground myself.

See him again in two months.

Oh and he got the report back from the psychiatrist from when I last saw her and my doctor sort of rolled his eyes saying it wasn’t very helpful. Exactly how I was feeling at the time lol.
