Tuesday: Hiking in the mountains with friends
Wednesday: Am probably tiered after the hike the day before. Will rest until lunch. After Lunch work in the home for one to two hours.
Thursday: Gymnastics in a group . After that work in the home for one or two hours
Friday:Walk in the neighborhood. After that work in the home for one to two hours
Saturday: Masage 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, until the whole body has had it's masage.
Each day after lunch I will do Autogenic Training while I use self-hypnosis about being mindful during the day.
Journaling in the evening.
(Work in the home will only be done only on Wedensdays, Thursdays and Fridays, one to two hours each day. That is: three to six hours a week. It is important that I remember that this is all the time that is to my diposition, so I don't get disapointed over too little done.
Evaluation once a week.

EVALUATION:
I am on my way with the program, but it is some "distance" until the goals are reached.
I have felt very tired the last weeks. May be that what I thought was healthy, was not the best. The two last days I have changed my breakfasts. I ate eggs and a few very small fried sausages, coffee and a glass of milk. This made a difference in my wellbeing.
I didn't feel so tired and I felt enrgized. I hope to keep up this good habit. It is an example about how nutrition can have an impact on our feelings.
I have a very long road to go before the "swish and swipe" habit sits.
My Monday routine went well with the exception of the gymnastics. The other days my focus has been on "right food" for me and on being able to walk in the neighborhood.
For the next week I will continue to keep my focus on "swish and swipe", right combo of nutrition, walk every day from 30 to 40 minutes and I hope to participate in the hiking with my friends once a week again. (Hope for me)!
..........
The rest of this day I will unpack some old boxes, then eat dinner and after that rest (see TV, read or something else) before I load the dishwasher.
..........
Tomorrow: I will focus on nutrition and a walk in the neighborhood first and foremost.
May you all be well!
