Hello Ghostbud. Sorry you feel worried. I'm sure I have done this myself on occasion...verbally and/or in writing. Do you notice any increase/decrease with hunger, fatigue, physical pain, stress, or mood?

I realize it bothers you but from the outside it does not sound terribly concerning. Perhaps you are being hard on yourself?

If it really continues to trouble you, perhaps you could keep a log of it? Note where you are, time of day, what you were doing, alone or with others, how you were feeling etc each time it happens. Then look at frequency (is it really happening often) or for any patterns in when/where it happens.

I always noticed that I'd make more mistakes in my speaking or typing on Friday afternoons at work because fatigue had caught up with me.
