Hi Ghostbud. I go thru this, too. Sometimes it scares me because I have no idea where I was, mentally. I know I've been speaking, but no clue what I've said. It's like being in a trance. Like you, it usually happens when I am alone.

I have no idea what causes it. Not sure if it's from my schizoaffective disorder, or what.
