It doesn't necessarily go away after teen years either. I'm 57 and have 3 zits I've been picking at for a week now, making worse, LOL. And I'm through menopause! You'd think whatever would calm itself down but doesn't. Sigh.

I never had much acne as a teen/young adult, no so that I agonized over it (since I had worse things happening :-)
