Thanks for the response. Definitely. I never mention anything bad that happened to me because to do so would be pulling it out of the box, letting it occupy space in my head and giving it a strong presence in my head. But other people sort of revolve around the bad things that happened in their lives... as if those things define them.

When something bad happens to me, for the most part, I don't let it get into my brain. I like keep it on the top of my brain, don't really concentrate on it and pack it up and put it in a box. That really seems to minimize it and I could even forget about it.
