Pretty busy with doing laundry this morning. Later in the morning, I ran some errands. In the afternoon I went on a 1-1/2 hour bike ride. It was different from other bike rides that I have taken, as I was just poking around the neighborhood to get more acquainted with it.

The community nearby where I live seems like it has a "Hollywood" type atmosphere. I feel kind of lonely because it's all fleeting to me. Plus I see a lot of couples and friends together, which makes me feel that way.

My friend went to a show this afternoon. However, he called and said that he may drop by my place, since it's near where the show is. If he stops by then it will be the first time for him to visit me in my new place. We'll see how that goes.

It's nice having tomorrow off from work. But I hope to be able to connect with someone at where I live to ask questions about this new place. I have a lot of unanswered questions. I hate to bother the manager.
