I don't do DBT or have to fill out cards, but from your post it seems this is a really helpful thing for you to do even though you really don't want to do it. It has been keeping you from engaging in certain behaviors, which is what it is meant to do. I understand that you wish you didn't have to and you would sometimes much rather engage in those behaviors than use skills and have to give a report to your T but... it is serving its purpose.
You are on the path to a better life. It's not easy, I know that too. But you are doing really well. You are getting there. You are doing all the right things to help you get there, even when the going is tough. Keep going. You can do this. It will be worth it.
