From the few reviews I've seen online, the book
Stop Walking on Eggshells is loved and hated. Perhaps that's inevitable.

Depression eroded my ability to care about much of life, consequently I cannot offer you a personal "success story".
I suppose some might say, "Time heals." My observation is that is
often accurate but not universally so. Sometimes time doesn't heal. Sometimes the wounding damages the very self-healing capacities employed by the psyche to recover.
Fuzzybear, have you ever come across anyone you think did successfully stop caring about what others thought about them?
