I have it too, also probably from clozaril. It increases my heart rate which doesn't help. I can't take propanolol or other beta blockers because I have low blood pressure and I think they mess with my MAOI. So I'm just careful all the time. I did have an EKG to be sure I didn't have any concerning arrhythmias but I don't so I'm back to just being cautious.
