As soon as I read your initial post I was going to ask if you took propranolol. I've only fainted one time in my life and it was while I was inpatient - the pdoc loaded me up on propranolol for "anxiety" (I'm not an anxious person) and I was talking to my nurse at the nurses' station and the next thing I knew I was on the ground with a bp cuff around my arm (my bp was 80/40)
