So my company went out of business early last year. So I had to look for a new job.

First job, just a toxic workplace. Found out people were aiming for the position I got and nobody was helpful. Boss didnt care and got out after 6 mo.

New job, started about 3 mo ago. Everyone likes me, says im doing great, customers, etc.... but my boss is a total control freak insecure type. Can't win him over. I think it may be some jealousy too that others like my work and i am getting the credit. I don't really care I just want to do my job. But he told me today he thinks i'd be better suited for a different position. What!?!? After 3 months?

I'm really sick and tired. Feel like i've had a bad run here. This job is starting to really suck now. I can stick it out another 3 months I guess but what gurantee's me that the next gig will be just as bad or worse.

Seems like I'm in a rut here.
