Periodically I find some of my articles in other newspapers, mostly ones in the region, although I had one make it all the way to Australia once (god bless syndication and the Internet, LOL).
But I just found one, which I thought was totally lame (and wasn't my idea -- my editor's suggestions for stories are sometimes questionable) on
BUSINESS WEEK's site!!!!!!
National attention: Gotta love it.

And no, you don't get paid for having wire services, etc, pick up your stuff -- but writers don't exist without readers! It's definitely a case of the more, the merrier.
I also had an Associated Press reporter call this week and ask to steal an idea and a couple of sources he'd seen me write about.
Sorry, I know it's no big deal to anybody else, but you know? It's things like this that make 4-hour local school board meetings bearable.
