I really enjoy spending time with my friends (even if I'm not much of a social butterfly). But when the last one goes home, especially after long periods of being with me, I begin to feel depressed. It doesn't matter what we were doing before. We could have been bored out of our minds and completely tuckered out, but I always feel unnaturally heavy-hearted when they leave.

It really puts a damper on my spirits, which is worst since it comes at a time when I was just having so much fun. It feels like people withdrawl. I get accustomed to having people around, and then I'm totally disappointed when they aren't anymore.

Does anyone else get this? Is there anything I can do about it?
