But yeah.. as anyone who has studied psychology will maybe speculate... any “love” offered to me by any family Units was either “tough love” or “highly conditional love” or both..

Having CPTSD it is not a simple matter to “move on” from the layers of pain. Flashbacks, etc...Nor would I wish to “move on” from being me.
Yes, I agree C-PTSD has it's name because it is truly "complex."
