What is your favorite coping mechanism?

Mine: watching random YouTube videos. Just click a random one on the front page and go down the rabbit hole of YouTube videos. Lots of new and interesting things to learn. Or I just click a random Wikipedia page to read. This mechanism works for when I’m depressed or angry.
