Depression - Trying to be at least minimally productive (creating doable "To Do" lists which I share with hubby, then emailing him as I achieve items), seeing my psychiatrist more, writing, sometimes baking or trying to get out of the house to do something pleasant...
Hypo/mania - Taking prn, "laying low"/not fueling the fire, seeing psychiatrist more...
