I broke my long string of 150s the last couple of weigh ins, so it's time to get serious. BMI has stayed under 25, but gotten closer than I like. Going back to full tracking and holding the line until I get under 155 again. After losing all the weight to get down here, it scares me when I allow myself to go out of my set range (150s). Getting complacent will lead to getting big again.
