Thanks a lot! I read the article before and it's a good one. Gutting it out is what I did in the past but, for some reason, my social anxiety has gotten a lot worse. I've been trying to see if there are any social anxiety support groups but they're most group therapy and I don't have the funds for that. I hope I can overcome this at some point. Thank you for responding!
