I was 156.8 today. I think I would have been less if it weren’t for all the sodium I had yesterday. For breakfast around 7:30 I had a Mountain Dew and then around 8:30 I had a little cup of Mac and cheese. That was 390 calories total. I got a Mountain Dew from KFC which I put around 220. I’m not sure exactly since it’s a new flavor. For lunch I had a thing of ramen which had 290 calories. I dumped out the broth though. Now I’m eating a hormel chicken and dumplings meal. Which had 190. Dinner will be a 3oz chicken breast at 110. So total it should be around 1200 calories for the day. I also went to a neighborhood garage sale so I walked a ton. I just am not sure on the sodium again today.
