It was 50 just 4 years ago when I joined here and I was disturbed at the time. I guess 30 is good. I have three areas of concern: life events (yes I am in bereavement over my mother’s passing , eating (yes I’ve been eating unhealthy lately) and technology (yes I spent too much time online)
