155 today. I’m proof you can lose weight on Mac and cheese and ramen and Mountain Dew. I was reading it may be a sensory issue why I don’t like healthy foods. Anyways today I had a soda at 300 calories and a slice of pizza that had 570 calories. I didn’t eat the crust though. So that probably saved me about 100 calories. I was just gonna have a couple Mac and cheese cups at 220 calories for dinner.
