Hey everybody,I am celebrating today,I did it,I know it's early days yet but I stuck to three days now eating under 1200 calories a day and I am eating healthy protein and salad or vegetables and low low carbs.I know it's only three days but this time I see it as a lifestyle change and the way I look at it I am eating healthy to lose weight,get healthy and feel good.If I do this and stay on it long term I should solve all my chronic ill health and if I lose the weight I will be able to move around better and have more energy.I am feeling pleased with myself.
