Hope I'm sorry you are still having med issues. It seems like this has been going on for awhile. You see your pdoc/T every Wed right? What did he say at your last visit? What did the pharmacist say? For us to give you any advise on "what to do" we need a few more facts.

I don't belueve that your pdoc/T does mot care but you yourself have repeatedly confirmed that he does. Try to hang in there until your next session so you can get some answers. Take care. Hugs.
